when will be 18 teams in premier league?

hi,
in other countries in premier league are 18 teams. In co.uk when will happen?
In all Footiecup.co.uk are about 550 teams...
Not to say that other countries call several leagues..
Admin reply please ?

Their is one Problem

Footiecup is played by a few hundred players

so their are not enough participants for the PL´s
